We have an application where a user can override the language they login using by selecting it from a dropdown list on the login page. By doing so, I need to find a way that I can set the locale for my date time picker widget. How have others done this in the past when the browser's language and installation locale may be en_US yet the user wants to display and interact with the application in another language, such as de_DE?
