I agree that the dynamics of the Realsoft hairs are much nicer.
Me too I like the way how some of the loose hairs follow their own path.
But I must say that I didn't tweek much on the C4D hairs. This
was really
a
five minute test.
There are still many things that can be adjusted like bounciness etc.
I didn't mean this test to start a contest between the two packages.
I just got interested to have a look at the hair possibilities of RS and
got
kind of caught in the process ;)
IMO C4D and Realsoft both have their strong points and weaknesses.
So that's why I use both for different tasks.

These hairs seem to be more realistic than the C4D
ones to me . I like the way the odd hair falls out of
place .
