Hi,

I remember seeing this behavior too... Which Cloudstack & hypervisor
version are you running on ? I'll try to reproduce it in my lab...

Re: unable to start System VM Hyper-V

2016-06-03 Thread Anshul Gangwar
Is Hyper-V agent running fine on host? If so then please paste some logs from
hyperv agent. You can find the logs in event viewer.

Also Hyper-V works with advanced networking without security groups.

Hi Team,

We have installed cloudstack 4.7.0 and created a new zone. Hyper-v servers

new one

Here is the configuration details for Hyper-V.

OS : windows 2012 R2

Hyper-V switch name : External

We created SMB share for primary and secondary as the per the instructions
given in
http://docs.cloudstack.apache.org/projects/cloudstack-installation/en/4.6/hy
pervisor/hyperv.html URL.

We downloaded and install the cloudstack agent from the URL
http://jenkins.buildacloud.org/job/cloudstack-master-hyperv-agent/lastSucces
sfulBuild/artifact/bin/cloudstack-master-1070-hypervagent.zip

While creating the zone we specify the physical network name as External in
cloud stack.

Can you guys guide us to resolve the issue?

Loges
