RE: systemvm-vmware-4.15.1 template - Did not find a guest OS with type otherLinux64Guest

2021-10-16 Thread David Larsen
Hi Wei,

My configuration:
Cloudstack 4.15

Vmware:
Vcenter: latest 6.7
Vsphere hosts: vsphere 6.7 u1

When we upgraded from 4.13 to 4.15 it was the same issue with systemvm
template. To complete the upgrade to 4.15, I manualy changed os type for
systemvm template in DB. But why...??? I know there is some new feature about
vmware and ova import, but it don't work for systemvm templates in my setup...

Could you please share more details?

Copy Template - client denied by server configuration

2021-10-16 Thread cristian.c
Hello,

New zone, new error 😊. This error just started after we added new ZONE,
when we are trying to copy a template from Zone A or B to Zone C, I get this
error : HTTP Server returned 403 (expected 200 OK), if I check the logs (Apache
logs ) on source secondary storage, I see this : AH01797: client denied by
server configuration:
/var/www/html/copy/SecStorage/883d712b-425d-3954-b0f1-146c929b798e/template/tmpl/2/204/851d353a-32aa-3e65-8796-f8a22247bb5d.ova

I didn’t changed any configuration, it is the first time when I see this
type of error and I do not understand the reason why.

If I execute the : /usr/local/cloud/systemvm/ssvm-check.sh on both
storages, everything is OK.

 Any suggestions?

Regards,

Cristian
