currently learning CS and setting up a POC environment.

Two system VMs is running on the same KVM host in my 3 KVM host cluster. 
However, the secondary storage VM Agent state is shown as Connecting.
I’ve SSH into the secondary storage VM and can assure that it can reach the 
Internet and management network.
This hinders the zone to access to NFS secondary storage that I’ve added. I 
can’t add/create new ISOs and templates for VM.
I tried deleting the secondary storage VM and let it recreate automatically. 
The new VM agent state is also the same.

Also, I’ve an issue with the web UI loading for a long time if I entered a 
wrong password. I believe it should just throw an error.
I have to reopen or remove my browser cache back in order to try login back in.
Produced the same issue on both Firefox and Opera incognito/private mode.
This happens only for default admin user. If I enter a non-existing account, 
I’ll get “Error 531: Failed to authenticate user dcerwv in domain 1; please 
provide valid credentials”.

Each cloudstack VM has a VNC password. unfortunately it is not supported in 
FIPS mode.

I was getting the same error. Turns out that reading the log files helps, as a 
log file is cloudstack's way of communicating back what's the issue. I searched 
for "server resources" in the log file, and found that it's related to 
libvirtd. Then I checked for if libvirtd is running is fine or not using `# 
systemctl status libvirtd`, and I found that it wasn't. Then I ran `journalctl 
-xe` as asked in the libvirtd status info, and found that there was some syntax 
error in libvirtd.conf.

I hope it helps somehow.

I did some further investigation and it seems I do not have to add the user to 
the wheel group. If I add the host for the first time I receive the error:

Trying to add it again does not change the state and I receive this error every 
time.

However when I reboot the server (after trying to add it for the first time) I 
get the following error:
```
Error 530
Could not add host at [http://] with zone [1], pod [1] and cluster [1] 
due to: [ can't setup agent, due to 
com.cloud.utils.exception.CloudRuntimeException: Skipping host because 
37d27800-15cc-341d-8fed-4ae730f54b58 is already in the database for resource 
37d27800-15cc-341d-8fed-4ae730f54b58-LibvirtComputingResource with ID 
235783ee-0606-4212-928b-7c3947d46db2 - Skipping host  because 
37d27800-15cc-341d-8fed-4ae730f54b58 is already in the database for resource

235783ee-0606-4212-928b-7c3947d46db2].
```

And after I close the wizard and refresh the page the host is listed and works 
as expected. So something seems to "trigger" by rebooting the server after 
trying to add the host for the first time.

[REVIVE][DISCUSS] Closing issues & PR after a certain time

I want to revive this discussion and bring Vishesh' PR under your
attention again.
The discussion there is mostly about the length of the period before closing.
So here I am going to state 1year - first warning, 1.5years second
warning, 2 years closing. What do you all think?

There are also issues that we might consider interesting but not
functionally complete or clear, we can convert those to github
discussions, and I would like to encourage all of you to do that as
sometimes issues will lead to issues and not to PRs and those are
basically discussions to be had.
