Hi Ricardo, It will be supported in 4.18.1.0 which will be released in Aug or Sep. https://github.com/apache/cloudstack/pull/7479 -Wei On Mon, 26 Jun 2023 at 18:18, Ricardo Pertuz wrote: > Is there any possibility to deploy a Kubernetes cluster using Isoalted VPC > + ACL + VR?, it asks me for firewalls. > > > > > > Atte, > > > > > Ricardo Pertuz > > > > > > June 25, 2023 at 3:31 PM, "Cristian Ciobanu" > wrote: > > > > > > Hi, > > > > I did already in the both ways, with 1.27.2 CAPC and 1.27.3 With > > embedded option ( I created the iso with latest version). Re: Kubernetes service Plugin or CAPI
Yes Cristian, CloudStack will keep supporting both CKS and CAPC -Wei On Sun, 25 Jun 2023 at 22:31, Cristian Ciobanu wrote: > Hi, > > I did already in the both ways, with 1.27.2 CAPC and 1.27.3 With > embedded option ( I created the iso with latest version). Re: Kubernetes service Plugin or CAPI
Is there any possibility to deploy a Kubernetes cluster using Isoalted VPC + ACL + VR?, it asks me for firewalls. Re: Kubernetes service Plugin or CAPI
Hi, I did already in the both ways, with 1.27.2 CAPC and 1.27.3 With embedded option ( I created the iso with latest version). From my understanding both options are going to stay with CS. Thank you. Re: Kubernetes service Plugin or CAPI
Hi, You can deploy latest kubernetes versions (1.24, 1.25,1.26,1.27) on latest cloudstack LTS versions (4.17, 4.18) in both two ways. To create a CKS cluster from cloudstack UI, you need to create an ISO. You can find the instruction on the page you posted. To deploy k8s using CAPC, you can create images with k8s image builder. We have built some images but have not published yet, you can find them at http://packages.shapeblue.com/cluster-api-provider-cloudstack/images/ -Wei On 25/06/2023, cristian.c@istream.today wrote: > Hello, > > > > I saw that there are 2 ways to deploy Kubernetes cluster on Cloudstack. > Is > the integrated version going to be improved/removed? Kubernetes service Plugin or CAPI
Hello, I saw that there are 2 ways to deploy Kubernetes cluster on Cloudstack. Is the integrated version going to be improved/removed? I'm confused. 1. https://docs.cloudstack.apache.org/en/latest/plugins/cloudstack-kubernetes-s ervice.html 2. https://cluster-api-cloudstack.sigs.k8s.io/introduction.html Thank you, Cristian
