Non-OSS Package: Could not find corresponding resource manager for VMware

2013-06-04 Thread Livio Lv
Hi all:
1.Does Cloudstack can manange RHEV KVM?
2.Why Cloudstack 4.02 can not manage VMWare hosts which been intalled from
a non-oss building RPM package? I have build a non-oss RPM package with
Cloudstack 4.02 version code following the introduction(
https://cwiki.apache.org/CLOUDSTACK/building.html) successfully, But I
can't add a VMWare host while creating a new zone. It's UI info showsCould
not find corresponding resource manager for VMware. There are no warning
or error logs in server's log.
 Thanks in advance.

1. No
2. Scores of folks report success in using ACS 4.0.2 built with nonoss
to manage VMware. (are you using the prebuilt rpms hosted at
http://cloudstack.apt-get.eu/rhel/4.0/ ??)
