AFAIK, only cloud admin can delete ACL-s (at least that was 4.3
behaviour)... - and not talking here about 2 default ACLS - user can
create, but not delete new ACLs.

You cannot "delete", only replace an ACL rule on a tier. The button is not
obvious, and will show under the tier details page. Look for the little +
and square button. Highlight them and look for replace acl caption.

VPC: ACL rule removal

Hello all,

I couldn’t find “delete” ACL rule button or link. I am able to 
create new ACL rules for VPC, but not delete them. Is it supposed to be like 
that?
