You can ignore them.  It's a long-standing bug.  Basically the
kernel is having a hard time unmounting the MFS filesystems due to
their dual user/kernel nature.   Basically the kernel tries to kill
all user processes before unmounting but that also winds up messing
up the MFS mounts since each one uses a user process as a placeholder.

The system should still halt ok.  It just spews a lot of warnings.

system was rebooted.

Has anybody encountered this ?
Is this possibly a bug ?
