Hallo! OpenOffice bietet die Möglichkeit, ein Dokument in ein pdf umzwandeln. Als Selbständiger möchte ich Rechnungen und Briefe als pdf erstellen. Da ich nicht im Besitz des Writers bin, kann ich nicht überprüfen, ob diese Dokumente im Nachhinein manipulierbar sind. Wenn ja, wie kann ich das verhindern? Gruß, Bernd Nollert In dem du die PDF's mit einem X.509 Zertifikat signierst. Nur leider haben die einzelnen(Teilweise kostenlosen) Programme manchmal Probleme mit einigen Zertifikaten. Da hilft nur testen, ob das gewünschte Programm mit dem Zertifikat zusammen arbeitet. An die Entwickler von OO wurde der Wunsch dieses in OO zu integrieren schon Mehrfach herangetragen, aber leider bisher immer mit der Begründung es gebe zu wenig Interesse abgelehnt. smime.p7s Description: S/MIME Cryptographic Signature

Hallo, habe ich Sie so vertanden, dass sie derzeit OO nicht installiert haben (... nicht in Besitz des Writers ... )? Dann kann ich Ihnen mitteilen, dass Sie im Writer unter Datei \ Exportieren PDF \ einen Prozess finden, der Ihnen die Sperrung der PDF ermöglicht. Nach der Bestimmung des Speicherortes öffnet sich ein neues Fenster und dort unter Sicherheit muss die Rechtevergabe angehakt werden, ein Passwort eingetragen und dann können bestimmte Rechte verteilt werden, die u. a. die Änderung des Dokumentes verhindern sollen, so wie man es auch unter Adobe Acrobat selbst einstellen kann. Hallo Herr Cordsen, vielen Dank für diese Info. Ich habe OpenOffice 2.1 installiert. Der von Ihnen beschriebene Weg, das Dokument mit Passwort zu verschlüsseln funktioniert. Für den Vorsteuerabzug bei Rechnungen, die als pdf erstellt wurden, gilt die Voraussetzung einer sog. Signatur. Ich habe mich grade erkundigt, wie das funktioniert. Wenn beides angwandt wird, sollte es keine Manipulierbarkeit mehr geben.
