I tried downloading this file again

the SHA256 is correct (identical to hash on your
website,,,e76e7d60898cf9e085b73c962cc6cb2045449abbe6998a56765b8f4da5600e9d),
so no download corruption
can you tell me how I can fix this or which forum/email to use to deal with
this problem (please).
