[libreoffice-users] Writer - Customize date format in a date field form control

Hello. Is there any way to customize the /date format/ when we insert a /date
field form control/?

For example, I would like to put a date format like /Thu 28 january/ .

There are some formats in the Date format drop-down that appears in
Properties of Date Field, but it does not include the possiblity of
customize de format.

[libreoffice-users] Calc - Numeric format [H]:MM

Hallo. I use a calc sheet to make a time control. The cells where I introduce
de time are formatted to display the Hour an Minute, according to the format
code [H]:MM.

Now, from the new version of LibreOffice 6.2, some cells subtract one minute
to the time. For example, *if I introduce 16:48, the cell displays 16:47*.
See the image below.

¿Any idea? Thanks

[libreoffice-users] Background and Border Color on Properties of Form Controls

Hallo. I've recently installed LO 5.3.

When I insert a control form in Writer, for example a Date Field, in General
Properties of the field they aren't shown the 'Background color' and 'Border
color' options.

In Calc 3.6, the conditional formatting with a condition of type * 'Formula
is'* doesn't work well. In my sheet I have logic formulas, for example *
'Sheet1'.A1'Sheet1'.A2*, and they don't work.

If the file was created with a previous version, in Calc 3.6 the conditon
appears as* 'Sheet1'.#REF!1'Sheet1'.#REF!1*.

And, if I create a file with Calc 3.6 and open it with 3.5, surprisingly the
conditon appears as * 'Sheet1'.B1'Sheet1'.B2* (has changed the references
to cells)

It looks like Calc 3.6 changes the references of the cells in the
conditional formatting with conditions of type* 'Formula is'*

This problem doesn't occur in all files but in one file with calculations.
The option 'Autocalculate' is activated. 

There are simple calculations and conditional formatting. There are not
large matrix formulas.

This is in all cells, including empty cells, with any change. For example,
if I enter a word in an empty cell, Calc stops and, if I click the mouse
anywhere it hangs. After  some minutes it becames ready again.

With Calc 3.5 and previous this problem didn't exist with the same file.

When I edit any cell of a file that was created before, and press 'Intro', it
stops for some minutes. Then, it becomes ready, but when I edit any cell, 
it again stops.

Any idea?

Solved . The problem was *Java*. It wasn't correctly installed in my pc.

I've desinstalled Java and then installed the last version, and LibreOffice
Base runs normally.

[libreoffice-users] Base 3.4.2 doesn't run on Windows 7

Hello. I've installed LibreOffice 3.4.2 in *Windows 7*, and Base doesn't open
any odb file. When I try to do, it seems to open but suddenly closes. When I
create a new odb file, it closes too, as soon as after using the database
wizard.

Base 3.4.1 has this problem too. I thought it was a bug that would be fixed
in the new version 3.4.2, but now I don't know. But in Windows XP don't have
that problem.
