Re: [libreoffice-users] Printer properties greyed out
I believe that may be the same issue that has been "bug reported" before. What version are you using? I hope the newest version of the 5.0.x line has fixed it. I know that the 4.4.5 version printer dialog works with Ubuntu Linux. I first noticed it on the 5.0.x line with a different system running Ubuntu. For a stop-gap, if the dialog options need adjusting, I either go directly to the printer's driver default setup dialogs, or export the document to PDF and then use the PDF document reader to print it out with the changed settings that are different than the defaults. [libreoffice-users] Printer properties
I understand that LO does it's own printing dialog which I must admit looks a lot prettier than the system one ( openSuse ) however it seems to miss stuff. For example my printer has 4 trays and a bypass tray. The system dialogs see all of these and I can use them. LO only sees the 4 trays and doesn't give me the option to use the bypass tray. Is there some way I can tell it there is a bypass tray.
