Hi.
This opens in my LO 3 without an error, but I have no idea where to 
start to enter some data to get the sheet to the condition you obtain an 
error.
The sheet seems to need some values in A16 and C16 which are empty (both 
0) by default.

Before update to LO40, the spreadsheet was accessible?

Has the principal changed m$ software or the file format of the spreadsheet?

The document appears to be a template file (suffix .xlt). No password
was requested to open the file.
