Hi Jarek,
In the last sentence of this page:
https://www.libreoffice.org/download/portable-versions/
There is a link that leads to:
https://portableapps.com/apps/office/libreoffice_portable
Note that this is the "Fresh" version which the Document Foundation
does not recommend for production work. For production the Foundation
normally recommends the more "still" version, currently 7.6.7,
available at that first link above.
