Re: [libreoffice-users] Cannot save file
Just guessing, Thomas, but I suspect the first questions the experts will ask you next is: What LO version are you using on what operating system. you will find it under Help > AboutLibreOffice and click Version Information and paste that to a mail. That way you might pre-empt the experts' question and speed things up a bit. Have you tried?... [Right click][Left click: Paste Special; Unformatted Text] Before pasting do [Right click][Left click: Clear Direct Formatting] Is it possible that the source file has locked text? Are you able to create and save an empty .odt? If so, does copying to it after saving empty .odt work? On 3/3/22 15:01, Paul D. Mirowsky wrote: Have you tried?... Re: [libreoffice-users] Cannot save file
It may be that Notepad may force a fix in Windows. Found this... Then I went back to one of the Notepad-windows, and attempted to copy a text string into a Calc cell. WITH success (today). Now as an extra measurement, I attempted to copy a bit internally and from external, but this time from Edge as test 1 and from Chrome as test 2. WITH success (today). I have edited this message: to WITH suc.
