somehow the 'slide pane' in Impress shifted and won't return
to its locked position.
This happened once before - when you were still OpenOffice ... at
that time, I was only able to fix it by deleting the program then
re-installing it;
now, that does not work ... I've searched your site for help ...
I've deleted the program thrice now, then cleaned out the caches, then
re-installed the program only to find that somehow the re-install has
picked up the deleted program's problems.
I'm sure there is some way to make this program go to default ...
I'm sure there is some way to contact someone ...
but I'm becoming very frustrated.

Please help me restore this once great program to its usable

partially hidden from view.
