you have a email address of the registrar.

that one should be able to hide this. The authorities can have access to
these info but what has the general public got to do with it.

All the details the public & customers needs are on the website like
official business address, phone number, email etc. I just don't like my
residential address to be known by the general public and "people who
don't like me".

It's relatively easy but still requires a written agreement from the 
owner or legal representative of the domain, and detailed WHOIS info for 
the new owner.



The reason I am asking this is somebody came to my place earlier today 
to ask about training courses.  I thought it should have been easier 
to browse the web and get the info and now I am concerned about this.


What does that even have to do with domain registration ?
