LibreOffice5.0のリリースノートが公開されていました。

日本語化は進んでいないようで、協力してくださいと記載がありましたので、協力してみよううかとwikiのアカウントを登録しようとするとIPがDNSBL(ブラックリスト)に載っているとかで拒否されます。
 

こういう場合は直接管理者と交渉するしか解除の方法はないのでしょうか。

ここのページの下には　Kontakt　とかドイツ語のような記載があります。

DNSBL 側に解除してもらうのが筋ですが、なかなかうまくいかないです。
プロバイダのほうから依頼しようとお願いしたのですが、うまくいきませんでした。

Wiki管理者のほうでホワイトリスト対応が出来ればいいのですが、
それがうまくいかないと、別経路でやるしかないかと思います。

自分の使っているIPの問題のようなので私の使用しているメール提供会社にDNSBLからの解除を交渉してもらうようにお願い中です。

あんまり本質的な解決策ではありませんが、リリースノート翻訳に
関してだけいえば、どこかご自分で編集できるテキスト共有サービ
ス（Google Docs、pastebin、gistなど）に置いていただければ、
私の方で適用することは可能です。
