Re: looking for a good US cellphone with USB connection to send out SMS text messages with kannel

Joey,

MultiModem which is a GSM modem works like a charm. Works perfectly with
the general modem settings. It is around $150-200.

Re: Working SMS gateway using Clickatell http API?

2011-09-18 Thread Webmaster HC
 Alvin,

In general I do not get why you need Kannel when you use Clickatell. That might
be because i do not know your application but it feels as Kannel might not be
the right choice for you application.

Erik

Kannel and Blackberry Pearl

2010-02-16 Thread Webmaster HC
Hi,

Does anyone here have any experience of setting up a Blackberry Pearl with
Kannel? Do I need a specific modems.conf file?

I am getting a errno:16 when I try to run the connection using a Mac OSX and a
USB cable (tried pairing as well).

Bests,

Webmaster HC

SS7 and Kannel

2012-09-11 Thread Webmaster HC
All,

Is it possible to turn use Kannel and SS7? If so, where can I find some info on
it.

Rene,

Thanks. That is what I saw looking online but wanted to make sure. I am not
sure I will for certain go with a paid solution as I have some alternatives but
please do tell me the price model separately.
