How to use test_ota in kannel?

Hi,

I am able to use test_ppg according to help provideed in kannel user guide.
But i didn't find any help regarding how to use test_ota to send APN
settings.

Hi,

just type test_ota or test_ota -h and you get instrctions. This is a  
very simple test program.

Hi,

I converted OTA settings to Binary and sent via sendsms.
and gateway was showing message sent but i am not receiving any message.
can u give me any working example of OTA binary and xml for my Nokia 5200 or
Nokia S60 handsets.

Please guide me about the conversion of OTA xml to binary for kannel.
