Re: Running VirtualBox Crashes Other Apps

2023-04-14 Thread Andre Robatino
I just tried masking/reinstalling just now and it didn't restart. I experienced
it before with a systemd update so it might require that. But masking is
definitely not 100% effective.

Masking it is unreliable because it might start running again if
system-oomd-defaults is updated or reinstalled. (To check this, try
reinstalling it.) It's better to just remove the system-oomd-defaults package.
That way, systemd-oomd.service continues to run, but it's not monitoring
anything (as verified with oomctl).

IMHO you should create a new thread rather than re-using an old one.

I don't know what this pan attribute is or what objectclass it comes
from. Arbitrarily making schema changes is generally not a good idea.

2023-04-14 Thread novell support
Hi ,

Anyone please suggest

I have recentlly migrated edirectory to 389 directory server everything is
working fine.
But
while creating new user from customer side the user creation is working
only by giving a value in attribute pan if not giving value in
attribute pan it will not create.
So please suggest how to make the pan attribute non mandatory

Regards.

USBGuard integration next to encryption?

2023-04-14 Thread Hoppár Zoltán
Hi,

I think it would be an interesting option to have USBGuard integrated as part
of the Workstation, and have "hardening" option to the kernel too at install
together with encryption?
