It's a QA requirement that you can skip one version under normal conditions. ___ users mailing list -- users@lists.fedoraproject.org To unsubscribe send an email to users-le...@lists.fedoraproject.org Fedora Code of Conduct: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/project/code-of-conduct/ List Guidelines: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mailing_list_guidelines List Archives: https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/users@lists.fedoraproject.org

Creating a livecd for 32 on 30
Goal: to create an install live CD on Fedora 30 for v32. When I did this a year ago for 28->30, this went without a hitch. This time, not so. I'm following "Creating and using live CD" from the official docs. Packages livecd-tools and spin-kickstarts are installed. This is an xfce install, so I'm using the fedora-live-xfce.ks selinux is not onstalled. So -- I can't find the kickstart configurator. If I recall correctly, it was on 28. livecd-creator appears to want to be run from the kickstart directory, as --config=/usr/share/spin-kickstarts/fedora-live-xfce.ks can't find subsequent (included) files. livecd-creator goes to the fedora repositories and then wants 1489 rpms. Presumably these are for v32, but that many? I'd appreciate some advice.
