I just filed a bug report on dvdstylers bugzilla. This is my problem, it may be the problem you're having. When bulging a dvd it crashes hard. The error when run from the command line has sample_fmt not found or something like that. Anyway, the way to fix it is to right click on the main menu and add an audio file to it. I simply created an empty momp3 file and it worked perfectly. HTH.
