Hi,

I can confirm this is a bug introduced in the 4.6.2 maintanance release as
a consequence of the csrf vulnerability fix.

We are working on realasing a patch for this.

 Forcing a VM state is not supported. The only option is to delete
 --recreate it, but that will clear the current vm disks.

i rebuilded / modified the 4.6.x ONE SRC.RPM for CentOS/RHEL 6 to match RHEL7.

Currently its 100% untestested, so far i can just say that it had been  built
without any issues (and the buildbot is really really picky...). If anyone needs
something to play around:
