Hi,

We are not able to reproduce this. If you try with another VNC client, do
you get the same behaviour?

Hi,

Both datastores (images and system) needs to have 'vmfs' drivers. From the
documentation [1]:

[image: Inline image 1]

What monitorization error do you get when setting everything to 'vmfs'?

[one-users] about vmware_ds

2013-11-18 Thread hansz

hi man,
i use
1,opennebula 4.2 (front-end),
2,node(support nfs),
3,esxi 5.1

today i have a try follow
http://opennebula.org/documentation:rel4.2:vmware_ds ,

i do not use iscsi but use nfs ,first i nfs the node's /var/lib/one/ to
esxi5.1 's /vmfs/volumes/100  and /var/lib/two  to esxi5.1's  /vmfs/volumes/103
 .but when i see my datastores,
[oneadmin@nebula ~]$ onedatastore list
  ID NAMESIZE AVAIL CLUSTER IMAGES TYPE DS TM
   0 system - - - 0 sys  -vmfs
   1 default   265.3G 92%   - 0 img  fs   shared
   2 files 265.3G 92%   - 0 fil  fs   ssh
 102 Vos- - cluster1  0 sys  -vmfs
 103 vmimages  0M - cluster1  0 img  fs  (if i change
it to vmfs the /var/log/one/oned.log will monitoring it error) vmfs

 onedatastore update 103

BRIDGE_LIST="10.24.101.35:/vmfs/volumes/103"
DS_MAD="fs"
TM_MAD="vmfs"
TYPE="IMAGE_DS"
(10.24.101.35 is my esxi ip )
