Believe Yourself...
Give it a try with the ttylinux images, those are the smallest ones. The
image should change the status after the SOURCE (see oneimage show) file
reaches the image's SIZE.

downloaded, that may be because the driver crashed and didn't report
neither success or failure.
You should check for error messages in the /var/log/one/oned.log file.
