If you add GATEWAY value to the network and in the VM context section
this value the options should be configured [1]:

NETWORK="YES"

2014-03-21 Thread Steven Furgus
To answer my own question, I added this directive to my network template
NETWORK_GATEWAY="x.x.x.x"

Found it in the documentation: "Please note that any arbitrary value can be
set in the Virtual Network template, and then used in the
contextualizationsection
of the VM. For instance, NETWORK_GATEWAY="x.x.x.x" might be used to
define the Virtual Network, and then used in the context section of the VM
to configure its network to connect through the GATEWAY."

[one-users] ubuntu template from marketplace has wrong gateway

2014-03-21 Thread Steven Furgus
Hey there,

I am able to ssh into the vm from the box that is running the ubuntu vm,
and from there run the command "route add default gw x.x.x.x eth0". After I
set the correct route, the vm is able to access the internet and I can
reach the vm from other places.

How can I correct the image or the template to have the correct route when
i launch the vm?

Many Thanks
