Hi,

Actually there were a few issues that were found and solved the last
few days. I hope you won't have anymore problems if you download the
new 4.0 tarball.

So, give it a try and let me know.

Alex

Hi,
When you create a new admin you must set also the permissions for this
new admin account. So login in as admin and edit cucku's permissions.

Re: [OpenSIPS-Users] Problem with /tmp/opensips_fifo

2010-03-22 Thread Alex Ionescu
Hi Erick,

Can you be a little more specific about the issues that you are facing
regarding OpenSIPS CP - MI Commands ?
About the Statistics Monitor (that should generate show some graphichs
for some parameters that you want to monitor).
I have a few hints for you, maybe it will help :
- check the permissions of the user apache on the folder ...
/web/tools/system/smonitor/generated - because this is the place where
charts are saved;
- check if you have set up in crontab  this script get_opensips_stats.php;
- and, the most important, check the first line of
get_opensips_stats.php and see if the path set up there is the
correct one !
Let me know if you succeed

Alex

 I have good new
 This is the  history

 1- Install the patch
 cd /var/www
 tar -xvzf /path/to/opensips-cp.tgz
 cd opensips-cp
 patch -p1  /path/to/opensips-cp_4.0.patch

 2- Re-configure the Control-Panel File

 3- Access the control panel http://192.168.50.10/cp/
   - Access is ok
 4- Check each module
   - Only the module
   MI Commands = did't work, said /tmp/opensips_fifo
   - Check the link

 http://opensips-cp.sourceforge.net/index.php?req=documentation
   - and check the line in the file boxes.global.inc.php
 Before
 // mi host:port pair || fifo_file
 $boxes[$box_id]['mi']['conn']=/tmp/opensips_fifo;

 After
 // mi host:port pair || fifo_file
 $boxes[$box_id]['mi']['conn']=127.0.0.1:8080;

   -Checked again the Control Panel and don't report problems with the
 modules.

 5- Now the next step is test the installation and connect other gateways.
 Please if you have any procedure for check the correct operation for the
 control panel , please let me know.

 I have confusion with the modules MI Commands and Statics Monitor, no
 reports problems but don't get information

 ##Static Chart
 Failed to issue query, error message : MDB2 Error: syntax error

 Another things
 We use the same procedure with Opensips 1.6.2 and Control Panel 4.0, but the
 problem continues. See below.

 Thanks for your help

[OpenSIPS-Users] mediaproxy

2010-03-22 Thread Julien Chavanton
Hi, I have some problem with installing / running mediaproxy on FC7

I have also tried mediaproxy-2.4.2, but then I revert to the latest working
version I have deployed

/usr/bin/media-relay  --no-fork
Starting MediaProxy Relay 2.3.6
Segmentation fault

I would like to install in on Debian, but I need to make it work on FC7 or
CentOS5

I can see the problem, is there a suggested way to debug ?

-

try:
from mediaproxy.relay import MediaRelay
if not options.fork:
from application.debug.memory import *
relay = MediaRelay()
except Exception, e:
log.fatal(failed to create %s: %s % (fullname, e))
if e.__class__ is not RuntimeError:
log.err()
sys.exit(1)

Hi Erik,

for the siptrace part,how are you triggering the tracing in the script ?
Also, if possible,can you enable debug=6 and post the logs related to
INVITE siptracing?

Bogdan

 Hi,

 Using version 1.6.1-notls with mediaproxy module, the increments of
 KBIn and KBOut in CDRTool work OK; this has stopped in 1.6.2-notls.
 Moreover the siptrace module doesn't return any record anymore in the
 siptrace table as of 1.6.2.

 The opensips.cfg is exactly the same I used in both versions.
