[OpenSIPS-Users] CDRTool and OSIPS 2.1

2015-07-21 Thread Garry M. Paxinos
Greetings,

I'm beginning to experiment with OSIPS 2.1 and CDRTool. Is there any
information available to help guide one in this endeavor?I've tried
both the tarballs and retrieving from dracs, but there seem to be several
issues that need to be resolved. The current one I'm looking at revolves
around the 'trusted_peers' table from OSIPS 1.4.

Any guidance or pointers are greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Pax.

[OpenSIPS-Users] Starting wth dial plan. Script file or database?

2015-07-21 Thread Rodrigo Pimenta Carvalho
Dear OpenSIPS-users,

I'm still starting with OpenSIPS, but getting progress.

I got success to use it + SQLite (without OpenSIPS-CP yet) and I got success
registering SIP accounts on it and make calls.

Now, my next step will be to learn how to handle calls, similar I used to do in
Asterisk, maybe by means of a kind of dial plan, if possible here.

So, I wonder whether there is some kind of dial plan in OpenSIPS. I saw that in
the database we have a table called Dialplan.

In this case I have a beginner question:

Is there a kind of dial plan on OpenSIPS, like a text file where I can write a
script, or is there a kind of Dial plan only registered in a database table?

Is the page http://www.opensips.org/Documentation/Tutorials-ScriptHelper-1-11
? the best point to start reading about Dial Plan in OpenSIPS or am I
misunderstanding something?

Any hint will be very helpful!!

Best regards.

None of the commands from opensipsctl are working, so I can't use opensipsctl

Hi,
If you need media passing through your OpenSIPS box then you need RTPproxy, if
not then comment this rtpproxy line as well as any other rtpproxy module
functions.
OpenSIPS don't run this rtpproxy automatically and 12221 is not a standard port
for this.

Sammy

There is no rtpproxy running in my system. (Command ps -ef |grep rtpproxy

Hi,

Actually it should be very possible. OpenSIPS-CP uses Pear MDB2 database
abstraction layer.
So all you need to do is installing Pear MDB2 SQLite driver.
(https://pear.php.net/package/MDB2_Driver_sqlite) and adjust the
(config/db.inc.php) accordingly ($config-db_driver = sqllite;)

The guys from Pear say that MDB2 currently supported database backends are:

fbsql - FrontBase
ibase - InterBase / Firebird (requires PHP 5)
mssql - Microsoft SQL Server (NOT for Sybase. Compile PHP --with-mssql)
mysql - MySQL
mysqli - MySQL (supports new authentication protocol) (requires PHP 5)
oci8 - Oracle 7/8/9/10
pgsql - PostgreSQL
querysim - QuerySim
sqlite - SQLite 2

I haven't tested this but if you do it just let us know how it went.

Hope this helps you.

Best regards,
Alex
