Hi,

Is there an official (or not) repo which contains old RPM builds of
OpenSIPS?

We have a legacy environment which currently runs on 2.1.5 and I'd rather
avoid building from source if possible.

I don't about the rpm builds but you can access all the OpenSIPS source 
code packages from here ->

https://opensips.org/pub/opensips/

And this is for 2.1.5

https://opensips.org/pub/opensips/2.1.5/

You can compile it and can use it.
