Guys thank you all for your help. I was able to locate and restart the
mysql instance and was able to restart opensips, thank you so much.
/etc/init.d/opensips start
Starting opensips: [ OK ]

I get msg "opensips dead but subsys locked"

Hi, The problem is quite obvious - your opensips cannot start because it cannot connect the DB. See the error: Jun 30 14:44:51 /usr/local/sbin/opensips[4628]: ERROR:db_mysql:db_mysql_connect: driver error(1045): Access denied for user 'opensips'@'localhost' (using password: YES) To see why your opensips stops working over the night, check the logs to see a reason for opensips to shutdown.
