So I decided to upgrade from 0.3.1 to 0.4 Beta early this morning. It
was very simple. Backed up my "webmail/" directory and the MySQL
database. Installed 0.4 and upgraded the database. It worked with no
problems at all. I did notice now in the user settings, I am able to
select if I want to 'top' or 'bottom' post when replying to an email.
I don't see or understand what the 'Group' feature is. Can someone
please explain or tell me how it works?

The easiest thing to explain is if you just work with it. Open the Address
Book and there you see that you can create groups instead of only contacts.
Play a bit with it and you will find it exciting :D
