Thank you for your quick answer. So we use mysql with openmailadmin and cyrus. 
I'm sorry to say that we don't use confixx. But your plugin is interesting. 
Maybe I could customize it for openmailadmin.

But, if anybody has done that... feel free to mail me ;)

If your e-mail addresses and mailboxes are defined in a Confixx database you
can use the following plugin:

 okay, hit me. my fault. I misunderstand the plugin until now. It works

 virtusertable. Has everybody build the same for roundcube?
