Have a look at:

Re: [m2] dashboard error....

2007-11-02 Thread Mick Knutson
Ok, I got something different.

I put this in my plugin section:
plugin
groupIdorg.codehaus.mojo/groupId
artifactIddashboard-maven-plugin/artifactId
version1.0-SNAPSHOT/version

connectionUrl${dashboard.connectionUrl

I put this into my report plugin section:

Re: M2 dashboard plug-in found

2007-02-01 Thread diroussel

I looked at the pom a while ago, and it looked like it had been automatically
converted to maven 2.

I didn't know that was possible, and I didn't try it. But now people here
are saying it works I might give it a go.

Anyone else used it with success?

properly declare the Codehaus repository and use this plugin? Thanks.

Hi Alexander,

This plugin has not been released yet, so you cannot put it in your POM and
expect it be downloaded :(

You need to checkout the plugin and build it. It is quite easy to build. It
builds just like any other plugins. I downloaded it from
https://svn.codehaus.org/mojo/trunk/mojo/mojo-sandbox/dashboard-maven-plugin/

Once you have built it, you may install it in your repository.

The snippet from my POM is as follows

  plugin
  groupIdorg.codehaus.mojo/groupId
  artifactIddashboard-maven-plugin/artifactId
  version1.0-SNAPSHOT/version
  /plugin

Thanks

Re: M2 dashboard plug-in found

2007-01-29 Thread Tony Ambrozie

I have been using dashboard for mvn 2 for a couple of weeks to aggregate
Cobertura/Surefire/Checkstyle/PMD/CPD Reports without having to build and
install it manually (limits the distributability of pom), here is my pom
entry (very last report plugin in the pom):

[]
 plugin
   groupIdorg.codehaus.mojo/groupId
   artifactIddashboard-maven-plugin/artifactId
   version1.0-SNAPSHOT/version
 /plugin
  /plugins
 /reporting
/project

You will need to include the codehaus snapshots repository in your specific
section in the pom:
   []
   pluginRepository
 idcodehaus.snapshots/id
 nameCodehaus Maven Snapshot Repository/name
 urlhttp://snapshots.repository.codehaus.org//url
 snapshots
   enabledtrue/enabled
 /snapshots
   /pluginRepository
   [...]

Hope this helps.

I don't think much work has been done on this and most of the m2 dev team
has focused on stabilizing/firming up the m2 core and core plugins.

[m2] Dashboard report plugin

2006-09-26 Thread dvicente

I have created a Dashboard report plugin for Maven2.

My problem is : How to configure my plugin to generate the dashboard report
only after all reports have been generated.

In my DashBoardReportMojo which extends AbstractMavenReport, i put this mojo
metadata as class-level annotation :

@phase post-site

but my report has been generated during the site phase instead of at the end
of all reports generation.

Can you help me ?

Thanks a lot

[M2] Dashboard functionality

2006-05-30 Thread Rik Bosman

To All,

My company is currently selecting a tool for comparing the various
deliverables of the codebase for some projects delivered from India.
Currently I run reports on the codebase of these projects using Maven, (pmd,
simian, checkstyle, etc. ).

Might be very handy to compare the results using a dashboard tool.

Is such functionality planned for M2? When?

Kind regards,

Rik

Re: [M2] Dashboard functionality

2006-05-30 Thread Rik Bosman

Vincent,

Thanks for the answer (and the link). So it will be a feature for the
future.
I'm happy with the work the maven team has done on the core projects. More
important of course!

I'll try to create something on my own. If time allows...
