I'm using apt formatted documentation in my project with the aptdoc goal on sourceforge. Unfortunately, the apt:generate goal flattens the directory structure in maven.aptdoc.src.dir when it does it's conversion.
Is there an alternative to the sourceforge aptdoc plugin for maven 1? If not, can someone send a code snippet or pointers to how I might fix this in the plugin.jelly? Xdoc does something similar, but I find the script hard to understand. Can the apt support in Maven 2 be backported?
