You'll have to build it from SVN trunk. To spare you the trouble I've uploaded it to: http://www.apache.org/~vmassol/maven-clover-plugin-1.10-SNAPSHOT.jar I agree that it'll be nice to have a Maven CI build that automatically publishes the plugins to the Apache snapshot maven repository...
