Re: Continuum Maven 2 not using settings.xml

2006-02-08 Thread Emmanuel Venisse

I've tested on a Fedora 4 and it works fine.
For the test, i defined the local repository in bin/linux/conf/settings.xml and remove it from my
${user.home}/.m2/settings.xml. I can't test with a proxy because i don't have one.

I don't think the problem is in maven code and in continuum code. It's probably a problem with a old
jars in continuum lib. Try to update maven-settings and wagon libs to latest in your continuum lib
directory.

If it doesn't work, you'll need to debug Continuum.

I'm very interested in having this issue fixed. And I think that at least
David Hawkins (original reporter of CONTINUUM-488) is interested too. :-)

Hi Brian,

thank's. I've already tried this. The paths for global settings.xml and
user settings.xml are plotted into the log file. But neither global nor
user settings are used. I'm quite confused.
