I've asked about the format of the nexus index but haven't received a response. Archiva stores in what is likely a similar format, but it is not used by m2eclipse. What about adding some nexusindexer task in archiva own tasks ? Other integrations such as MevenIDE (Netbeans) and q4e are making pluggable implementations for repository manager indexes so that they can support any implementation.
