Hmm, 'navigation-top' and 'navigation-bottom' seem to be broken, but 
'bottom' works for me. I'll have a look at it.

Unfortunately, adding maven.xdoc.date=navigation-top or

I think not.
There's only the date/time when the site is generated (if you do it just after 
the report).

You can get timestamps for the whole site, take a look at the xdoc
plugin properties
