I actually ran into a similar problem yesterday with NB 8 when setting up a Web Services Client. I was pointed to the wsdl and the code using the web service had no errors, but wouldn't run or debug due to missing classes for the web service. I did a "Clean and Build", which solved the problem. Apparently, Clean and Build created some missing resources. Thank You!
