I'm not sure what state it's in for the standalone server. However
there's nearly an identical copy of it in the Tomcat integration's
openejb.war file. The version 3.0 has some limitations which have all
been fixed in the latest code. You can pull down a snapshot copy here:

Just make sure you rename it to openejb.war before you deploy it so
