Wie kan mij helpen, Ik kan het Openoffice niet installeren, ik krijg steeds dezelfde melding. --Kan dit installatiepakket niet openen. Controleer of het pakket bestaat en of u toegang tot het pakket hebt, of neem contact op met de leverancier van de toepassing om te controleren of het pakket een geldig windows Installer-pakket is.-- Mijn PC is een Toshiba satelite C50D-A-12A met windows 8.1 bij voorbaat dank Tom Acohen

Good afternoon I need assistance in templates that will work for a small business. All I need is something to issue (make out delivery notes with automated delivery note numbers), receive stock, stock availability and automated stock reorders. I'm in charge of the parts store and sales and the system that we are using is outdated (written book records). So I need something to help me keep record of all the parts and their bin locations. When I make out a delivery note the part issue must automatically be deducted from the availability and if it comes to minimum required quantity it must automatically reorder the stock to maximum level. Do you perhaps have something similar to this or is this to complex to make? Any suggestions is appreciated. Kindest Regards Dewald Barnard RSA

Simply put, you must first create the database including its tables and fields. What you want in your template has to be created in a query. Then use the query as the basis for a report. Resizing text boxes while maintaining size ratio
Hello, I'm wondering if there is some bug involved with resizing _text boxes_ in Calc and Writer. In CALC, _when holding down the shift key to maintain the size ratio_ of a text box, I've noticed that unless I keep the cursor over the corner of the image of the resized box, the box doesn't really resize properly as compared to using the same method to resize a rectangle, oval, callout, flowcharts, etc from the _drawing toolbar_. ALSO, when using WRITER, I have the same problem not just with drawing a text box, but with most of the other controls except drawing a rectangle or oval...even though they seem to work OK in CALC. Base is nothing more than a front-end to a database, what you ask is an warehouse / inventory application. If you understand SQL and Base you can write your own application, but it can take much of your time.
