Hello OpenOffice help people,

Last Monday, I downloaded the new MAC Sierra OS X system and have had a lot of
trouble with Open Office since then.

Today, Mac support helped me do a NVRAM and a Safeboot mode troubleshooting
procedure.
Many problems are now solved but one is this. I couldn’t cut, paste in a
document today with Edit function or using shortcut keys, then later this
window appeared. See screenshot and now I can’t get rid of it.

I can’t restart the computer while this window below is open and it won’t allow
me to Quit Open Office so I have to do a FORCE QUIT every time.

When I click REOPEN, nothings happens and when I click Don’t Reopen, nothing
happens but I also would like to make this go away. How can I delete it from
my desktop?

Thanks for your help. I don’t even know what to call this or I would have
tried the C. Forum.

Thanks,
Kathy

Howdy,

I have been trying to upload a new template to the site all day and I
continually get a message that the site experienced an unexpected error
and to please try again later when I click the save button.  I don't
know if you all were aware of this or not and when you expect the issue
to be resolved.

Thanks!##SELECTION_END##

Guides for OpenOffice may be downloaded from
https://wiki.openoffice.org/wiki/Documentation/OOo3_User_Guides/OOo3.3_User_Guide_Chapters

These are for version 3.3 but are largely applicable to version 4

Hi, Once I download a template should I save or open it on my pc? After I
download a template where can I find it on my pc? I have win 8.1 and I am a
brand new user of open office. Is there a manual or users guide somewhere for
open office? Thanks for any help!
