Forgot to ask… did you install that ”Mac cleaner” before or after this
problem occured? Some ”cleaners” are actually malware, I think…

Kind regards

Sue,Bit of a long shot but at first glance it looks as if the cell height is wrong. try hilighting all the rows affected and right click on the number column on the left, I have forgotten what we call it, and select optimum row heightAlan. Hi Sue,

You can also a different computer.

About your Mac, which version of the OS? Did you install your cleaner before or
after the trouble started? Are your fonts still correct? You might try to look
with the “FontBook” application.

You can also try to get help at https://forum.openoffice.org/en/forum/

Looks like a hardware issue, I have never seen anything like this in Apache
OpenOffice.
What happens if you open the same file with LibreOffice?
http://www.libreoffice.org/download/download/?type=mac-x86_64
Choose the ”still” version, 5.2.6.

RE: unoloader.jar missing

Hi Regina,

Was able to extract the jar from the cab file. My bad regarding OpenOffice
version 5. This seems to have solved our problem. Thank you so much.

Edwin

In an Apache OpenOffice 3.4.1 the file unoloader.jar is located in the folder
URE in the installation folder. In Apache OpenOffice 4.1 it is located in
program/classes in the installation folder. You should be able to extract it
from the *.cab file, in case you have not installed an Apache OpenOffice.

There does not exist an Apache OpenOffice version 5.

Kind regards
Regina
