What you do incorrectly is hard to say, but you could start to copy the
data into a new table and see if that works.
From there you could check column names and attributes and check if
there are any differences.
Don't forget that spreadsheets are more forgiving on data
inconsistencies than databases.
Without more insight into the data structure there is not much more I
can say.

Re: Correcteur d'orthographe en français (FRANCE)

Google translate:

During the last free version update, the spelling checker
no longer works, all words are underlined in red as
identifier in writing error. I have tried several times to
to reinitialize the French dictionary, but that still has not succeeded.

Can not "recover" the French corrector! How to proceed?

Close OpenOffice and the Quickstarter. Open File Explorer.
Copy and paste %appdata%\OpenOffice\4 in the File Explorer Address Bar and
press Enter.
Rename the "user" folder - "user.old" is a good choice. Start OpenOffice.

This cures most spellcheck problems.

Impossible de "récupérer" le correcteur français! Comment procéder?

I never had heard of these type of problems, so you have to explain a
bit more.
Did you create the document yourself in OpenOffice or was the document
created with other software?

It caused tremendous problems and due to lack of time I had to then send a
document that contained errors in it that were unfixable .

If you start working with a unfamiliar software application while under
pressure to deliver on time you could expect to make errors.
My suggestion is to learn first the product before doing serious work
with it.

Can you help?
I run Mac high Sierra from my Mac book air.
Is there an incompatibility in this???

Re: Email attachment

Thanks for the quick replies and suggestions.

Another user suggested I send it and see what it looks like. Seems the PDF file
does show up as an icon when I send it.

Thanks again for the help.

Maybe you could check how other PDF files are displayed. If the also show
partial text then there is no issue with the conversion from
OpenOffice to PDF files.
If other PDF files show as icons then the question is how did you convert
OpenOffice to PDF

1. Open Office doesn't have a Publisher function.
2. You can save Publisher files to PDF or doc files see: How to Open a
PUB File Without Publisher

It does not show Publisher in your logo for Open Office.
