Double pages

I have a simple two page narrative file that when on my screen 
shows these two pages, side by side, on my screen, rather than page one 
followed 
by page two at the bottom of page one. How can I correct this???

Use the free online file conversion service at www.zamzar.com to convert the 
files.  OpenOffice is not a universal format converter and cannot open Works 
files directly.

Microsoft Works 4.0 Open Office 4.1.4

Hello.  Could you please inform me how I would go about converting files I have 
on Microsoft Works that are now in My Open Office 4.1.3?  I’m trying to get to 
a specific file and it won’t let me.  It keeps wanting to install Open Office.
