From the description your document is most likely completely 
unrecoverable. Your best hope is to try an recover a temporary file 
created by AOO - see

Hello
Excuse i have some problems with setting of open office!
1: i made a password on a document but now i forgot it! How can i recover
it!
2: i have a form that has 98 pages but in the bottom of all pages wroten
page 1 of 98! How can i change the page numbers in  respectively?
Please guide me it is so important to me!

What kind of document (ods, odt, odg, what?)
In what way is it ”fucked up”? Are some characters wrong or does it all
look like random characters or what?
Did you save your document before you closed when you saw that your
document was ”fucked up”?
Have you tried to open an older version of your document from your daily
incremental backups? What does those look like?
