Opening an excel file that is password protected
Is there a way to open an excel file that has been password protected. I no longer have Excel so I can't remove the password that way. When I try to open the file in Spreadsheet it opens up a filter selection box. I have chosen several of the excel formats but nothing seems to work. Thanks John Jaworski
ABC Spelling does not work
"HELP PLEASE" My ABC Spelling and Grammer "DOES NOT WORK". I have been repeatedly trying to get help to correct the problem to no avail. I have 4.1.0.last updated 1/29/15. It did not work before the update and does not work after, F7 shows F7 next to the mis-spelled word. ABC auto spelling check does not work either, all it does in under line the whole page. I am in my 80's, and not a computer guru so PLEASE simple and understandable directions. This is not my first request for this ABC help - to date no one seems to know what to do in simple terms. All I ever get is an answer a computer guru would not understand. John Jay
How to Transfer Yahoo Favorites to Open Office
To start I am 80 and not very computer savy. I am going to change my home page from YAHOO to GOOGLE CHROME and want to save my favorites to in Open Office so I can refer to them as needed - How do I do this??? At one time you could just copy and paste to a blank page but this does not work any more. In advance "Thanks" John
