My OO is frequently crashing. Sometimes programme just shuts down. Other times it just freezes especially when I try saving a new Word doc.
I updated my profile as instructed in a troubleshooting thread and it eliminated the problem for about two months. Now the issues have returned. Do I have to keep updating my profile or is there another solution?
